This Privacy Policy explains how SynchroDynamic Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information across the games and applications we publish (each, a “game,” and together, our “games”). It applies to all SynchroDynamic Studio games unless a specific game provides its own separate policy.
We design our games to collect only the information necessary to operate them, and the exact data involved varies from game to game. Some of our games collect less than others; a given game only collects what it actually needs to function. Where a game’s practices differ, that game’s in-store privacy details (such as the Google Play Data safety section or the Apple App Store privacy information) describe what that particular game collects.
Information We Collect
Depending on the game and the features you use, we may collect:
- Account and authentication information. When you sign in, we may receive identifiers and authentication details through services such as Google Play Games or Firebase Authentication. We use these to recognize your account and keep your progress synced. We do not receive your password or the sensitive details of your Google or platform account.
- Gameplay data. Information generated as you play — such as progress, inventory, characters, in-game currency, settings, and match or session history — so we can save and restore your game.
- Purchase information. If a game offers in-app purchases, the purchase is processed by the platform’s billing service (for example, Google Play Billing). We receive confirmation of a transaction so we can deliver what you bought, but we do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Not every game collects all of the above. A game with no accounts, no cloud saves, or no purchases will not collect the corresponding information.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and verify your account and keep you signed in;
- Save your progress and sync it across your devices;
- Deliver in-app purchases and restore previous ones;
- Operate, maintain, and improve our games;
- Prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse, and keep our games secure.
Third-Party Services
Our games rely on trusted platform services to provide core functionality. Depending on the game, these may include:
- Google Play Games Services — sign-in, cloud saves, and related features;
- Firebase Authentication — account sign-in and identity;
- Google Play Billing — processing in-app purchases.
These services are provided by Google and are governed by their own privacy policies, including the Google Privacy Policy and the Firebase Privacy and Security information. We encourage you to review them to understand how those services handle data.
How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with the service providers described above, only as needed to operate our games, or where required by law.
Data Retention
We keep account and gameplay information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the game. When you ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our active systems, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.
Your Rights and Choices
You can request access to, or deletion of, the information associated with your account by contacting us at the email below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to access, correct, or delete your information and to ask us not to sell it (which we do not do). We will honor these requests as required by applicable law.
Children’s Privacy
Our games are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Significant changes may also be communicated within our games or on our website.
